This PR adjusts the structure of the 8.9 release announcements page to correct announcement ordering and fix a heading-level inconsistency, improving readability and consistency across sections.
Changes:
- Reordered several Helm chart-related announcements (Bitnami deprecations, global Elasticsearch/OpenSearch deprecation, TLS secret pattern).
- Moved the Identity section earlier in the document and standardized the announcement heading level.
- Relocated the “Bitnami subcharts bundled” announcement into the appropriate area of the Helm chart announcements.
